Between 25 and 27 July, music fans can get closer to the conference hall of the San Telmo Museum to test the Practice Your Music application, choosing from any of the instruments available in the center. This free event will be held in two sessions, one in the afternoon and another at night with the intention of publicizing this program developed by a team of musicians and developers Basques.
Practice Your Music is a mobile application and web musical directed learning allows you to choose from any of the 200 tracks on your. The songs are played with an interactive video played by real musicians, where the user can customize the display to your needs, muting instruments, approaching the camera to see the performance from different levels, slowing the tempo or creating loops to practice a particular passage.
The application already has 17,000 registered users, who can access it through the computer or mobile devices. Besides its use on a personal level, the program aims to extend between schools and musical training as an educational tool, and in this sense is already being used in 64 centers of the Association of Schools of Music of the Basque Country. Practice Your Music The startup was launched in 2013 with support from the Basque Government through SPRI, the Provincial Council of Bizkaia and the Ministry of Culture.
