Our customers say
Particularly warm welcome from the lady in reception. Location. Parking area, particularly the space that they allocated for our motorcycles
The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us take care of necessary tasks. Gracious and friendly. I very much appreciated it after long day of traveling.
Beds were comfortable Receptionist very very nice and very accommodating with out lack of the language. Breakfast was amazing and coffee in a big cup - very good Very clean
The staff were wonderful - a welcome drink on arrival, advice about places to visit and a list of recommendations for tapas bars and restaurants to visit. The hotel is located on the edge of the centre of town but still only 500 metres from the beach. Free parking.
We found this hotel via TA. It is well positioned for the beach and local tapas bars. It was faultless as far as accommodation went and had no issues with our dog Flo. It also had off street parking. San Sebastian is a great city. In fact if I had to move it would be to here. It is non threatening, cultural, dog friendly (and the dogs were friendly too particularly if you had a ball to throw from a launcher) clean with beautiful architecture and shops ( and I am a man) good quality shops too and cafes. It is a very sociable and friendly city. If you are there visit Casa Senra for tapas. The selection is beautiful and I reintroduced myself to chopitos and pimiento de padron which were not on the menu but were available which I haven't eaten since 2011 in Tenerife. Yummy! Great hotel great location and quiet and restful. Highly recommended and exceptionally reasonable considering its location. Loved it.
